Submersible Pumps Tsurumi
Tsurumi Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Water is essential for human life. Understanding the importance of water, Tsurumi is committed to providing technologies to control and protect it. The company got its start in a project to improve the harsh conditions in a farming village by providing vertical irrigation pumps 90 years ago. Later, during Japan's recovery and reconstruction period after World War II, Tsurumi was the first national company to establish submersible pump technology. During the subsequent period of high economic growth in the country, we contributed to the expansion of many industrial sectors by assisting in the development of social infrastructure and through urban planning projects related to water and flood control. At the end of the 20th century, Tsurumi was involved in numerous large-scale historical projects such as the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge.
In the past, Tsurumi Submersible Pumps have been used in many large-scale construction projects, including the Seto and Akashi-Kaikyo Bridges, the Haneda Airport Terminal Building, Kansai International Airport and the Aqua-Line of Tokyo Bay. Today, a wide range of Tsurumi products are hard at work on construction sites and highways throughout Japan to remove muddy water, keep workers safe, and maintain a clean work environment.
Tsurumi submersible pumps demonstrate their power in mine water drainage, also outside of Japan, winning praise from users who say that "the Tsurumi difference becomes more obvious the more severe the conditions in which these pumps are used" .
Tsurumi has developed over 3,000 submersible pump models for use in construction and civil engineering applications. The hard work is evident in its surprisingly tough performance, reliable security, and extraordinary ease of use.
