Nakai Bolt Heater
The Nakai Bolt Heaters are primarily designed to preheat bolts or studs of different diameters. These equipment are used in the assembly or maintenance process of hydraulic presses, turbines or other equipment where a high concentration of heat is needed to expand, and then tighten the tie rods with a key. The parts cool and contract, making the nut tighten even more.
There are two types of Nakai Bolt Heater : "Flexible" and "Straight" , both in the form of a full sheathed heater, terminal box and clamp, plus ceramic insulated handle. ( see presentation )
